Top 10 Things I learned this school year by working in a special needs classroom



Ten Things I learned this school year by working in a special needs classroom
1. Basic functions, like the ability to eat and drink and using the restroom, should not be taken for granted.
2. Play is important
3. Sometimes you just have to laugh
4.  It's important to feel appreciated. 
5.Everyone has a soul.  Our physical body is not who we are.
6,Children are the best teachers – If we just listen to them.
7.  The best lessons don’t come from a book.
8. Think outside the box.
9.Play every day.
10. Be grateful every day! You never know what tomorrow will bring.
